OUR VISION:
Communities that are free from poverty, disease, illiteracy and able to sustainably manage their Natural Resources.

OUR MISSION:
CETRUD's mission is to improve human life, environment and give tangible hope to poor people in Uganda.

OBJECTIVES:
The objective of CETRUD is to assist the rural poor in Uganda so that they can help themselves improve their economic condition, raise educational horizons, provide incentives for economic sustainability through the use of economically friendly and appropriate technology, and develop innovative and meaningful social, health, agricultural and environmental programs.

OUR BELIEF:
CETRUD believes that people and nature have to live together in harmony. Therefore all the activities promoted by CETRUD have to be environmentally friendly.

OURAPPROACH:
In order for CETRUD to achieve its objectives we use the following approaches and strategies: Individual Participation, Teamwork, Gender and Ethnic Equality, Listening, Sharing, Collaboration, Networking and Partnership.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
CETRUD has a five-person Executive Committee that creates policy and provides ongoing guidance to the organization.
CETRUD management is headed by an Executive Director, who is assisted by a dynamic team consisting of Program Officer, Liaison Officer, Administrative KOFT (Karusandara Organic Farming Training and Demonstration), Center Manager, and a number of support staff in the field.
